All employees and/or volunteers have the right to file a grievance if they believe that any policy has been unfairly applied to them, or that they have been mistreated by Hope House.
Complainants will not suffer any disadvantage, interference, or retaliation as a result of raising a good faith grievance. Seeking redress of a trivial issue through a grievance procedure will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
Hope House will maintain confidentiality throughout the investigatory process to the extent consistent with adequate investigation and appropriate corrective action.
Survey answers will be submitted to the Chief Quality Officer. You may also file a grievance with your direct supervisor or any other member of management via email, phone call, or written letter.
Additional procedures regarding the employee grievance process may be found in the Employee Handbook.
