Visitor Experience Survey: El Capitán State Beach

The State Parks General Plan Update for El Capitán, Refugio, and Gaviota: Adapt, Renew, Preserve – Coastal Resilience and Access project will prepare these three parks for a resilient future. Informed by community input, the plan updates will include recommendations for protecting significant resources, modernizing park infrastructure, adapting to climate change impacts, and providing sustainable recreational opportunities for all visitors. Visitor and community perspective is a critical part of the long-term planning process!
