Penn State Health Business Employee Resource Groups

To support our culture of respect and to engage employees in our commitment to diversity and inclusion, Penn State Health has established Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) to provide an opportunity for employees of diverse backgrounds (including military/veteran, disability, racial/ethnic, religious, LGBT and generational) to come together to create a sense of community and to provide recommendations for how the health system can be more inclusive.  

 

The groups meet virtually on a monthly basis and are open to all health system employees.
