Space is limited to 10 tables. The cost is $700/per booth. Please fill out the following exhibit request form. Once you submit the form, someone will be in touch to confirm your registration as an exhibitor. Please note that all invoices will be mailed to the address provided. Once you submit this form, your registration will be reviewed and approved. You will be sent an invoice at the mailing address provided above. One month out from your selected event, you will receive a confirmation with further details including directions, set up/tear down times, and any other updates.
