The Georgia CTSA is looking to establish a registry of those willing to volunteer on a Data and Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) based upon your answers in the survey. This survey will provide us information as to your previous experience (if any) serving on a DSMB. We will contact you based upon your answers below.
