Please complete this form to submit a poster proposal for the SLA 2020 Annual Conference taking place virtually in October 2020. All posters will be showcased online. Please note that at least one author per poster must be registered for the conference.

The new deadline for submission is Thursday, August 20 at 11:59 pm EST. 

Guidelines:

The review and selection process will be managed by SLA member review committees organized by topic area. 

Accepted poster authors will receive a discounted registration rate for the conference. A discount code will be sent out following the selection process. At least one poster author must be registered for the conference in order to participate. 

Attendees will vote on best overall poster as well as several sub-award categories. The winner for the best overall poster will receive a complimentary one-year SLA membership (a $220 value) for up to five authors.  Authors must be registered for the conference in order to receive the complimentary membership. 

Guidelines for poster dimensions will be provided.
