General Information Is succession planning, a vital element of organizational change management sufficiently attended to within Caribbean micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs)? Is it viewed as a long-term strategy within these organizations and attended to with the required level of seriousness to ensure long-term survival and prosperity?
