Navigating Complexity: An Assessment of Central Banks Strategies in Communicating CBDC Projects to the Public

Thank you very much for your participation in this survey.
Your answers will inform the dissertation research work titled: “Navigating Complexity: An Assessment of Central Banks Strategies in Communicating CBDC Projects to the Public.”
You have been invited, along with 155 other central banks, to share your experience and offer your expert views in developing and executing communications strategy in relation to the development of CBDC in your jurisdiction.
The results of this study will be shared with all participating central banks with the aim to benefit the central banking community as a whole, especially the communications functions of the central banks.
This study can be beneficial in improving the communications strategies of central banks and to re-confirm the thinking behind some current strategies. The shared experience of central banks globally will give valuable insights to support the efforts to counteract misinformation about CBDCs and to ensure the successful implementation of CBDC projects in the respective jurisdictions.
The completion time is 15-20 minutes. All submission are anonymous in order to encourage an open discussion. Please do not include data which may make your submission identifiable.
