Why are we conducting this survey?

To Understand Your Needs: We aim to gain insights into what matters most to you and whether you feel supported by your employer.
To Advocate for Change: Your voice matters. We plan to use the results to advocate for better support and resources for women's health in the workplace.
To Empower You: As the backbone of healthcare, your well-being is crucial. When you're healthy, everyone benefits. We want to ensure you can show up as your full selves at work.

Our Commitment and Upcoming Initiatives

Advocacy: We intend to use the survey results to advocate on your behalf. Your insights will help us push for meaningful changes in workplace policies regarding women's health.
Roundtable Discussions: We're organizing a roundtable with senior leadership to discuss actionable steps corporations can take to support women's health.
Showcasing at Major Events: Events like the JP Morgan Healthcare Conference and the World Economic Forum in Davos present opportunities to highlight our collaborative white papers and survey findings.

Why Now?

Reflecting on Progress
2024 was a banner year for women's health—from the launch of the McKinsey report to the "Redesigning Healthcare with Women in Mind" pledge at Davos, and ARPA-H’s women's health sprint.
The Critical Question
Amidst this progress, we must ask: Are corporations and institutions truly listening to women—the backbone of the healthcare workforce and primary consumers? Are we meeting your needs? If companies are unsure of the actions to take, it's vital to outline the tools and steps they can use to make a difference.
