Association Health Plan Survey

With the recent rule change on Association Health Plans (AHP), Alabama AGC is investigating the viability of creating a medical plan. We would appreciate you taking a few minutes at assist us with this brief survey. This will help us understand what our membership's interest is in this area. 
The main benefits of offering the AHP are the possibility for lower premium costs, greater and better plan design flexibility, and the potential sharing savings back to members.
