Northeast Quadrant Public Art Survey

The Fort Wayne Public Art Commission (PAC) in undertaking an initiative to install public art in the Northeast Quadrant of Fort Wayne. In order to determine the type and potential locations of public art, the Northeast Quadrant Public Art Selection Committee is seeking input from residents who live and work in Northeast Fort Wayne. We appreciate taking a few minutes of your time to answer some questions that will assist the committee in its work.
