Traffic Calming Program Initial Questionnaire

Use this form to evaluate your street and to indicate whether you support a resident-city partnership to investigate the opportunity for traffic calming devices on Brandywine Drive between Yost Boulevard and Packard Street. Please complete the form using the unique identification number (ID - next to QR code provided in your mailing package). One response is requested per ID. The outcome is based only on responses received. Please participate to have your input considered.
