Type A: Dress Uniform including long sleeve shirt, dress coat and tie

Type B Uniform, button up shirt with collar, 2 pockets, epaulets, etc

Polo Shirts (2 or 3 buttons, collar, with or without pocket)

T-shirts (not as under garment but as the only shirt worn)

EMT Pants (BDU style pant with multiple pockets)

Uniform pants (standard pant with 2 front and 2 rear pockets)

* 2. Please describe your unifor policy as briefly as possible. We are looking for what type shirts and pants/shorts you allow your employees to wear and when you allow this.

For example, our current policy would be described as this:
"Class B shirt and EMT Pants year round, from start of shift until 1700 hours then may switch into polo uniform shirt as long as both partners switch to the polo. We have shorts that are only utilized for outdoor standby events during the summer months."
