About this survey

This survey is from the Harrogate Maternity Voices Partnership (MVP).

The MVP is a friendly group of volunteers and professionals that work together to gather information from maternity service users in our area to shape and develop local maternity services.

We do this because your voice matters and we want to hear about your experiences to celebrate and build on everything positive whilst acknowledging and working on areas that could be improved.

All responses are anonymous and a summary of the anonymous data will be shared with all partners working with us to improve maternity care.

The survey will take about 10-20 mins depending on the amount of information that you wish to share.
