Is our profession making progress? Share your experiences.

Two years ago, our Women in Procurement and Supply Chain survey revealed that women in the profession are stepping into leadership roles and using their influence to drive meaningful change. But the journey hasn’t been easy. Many still face significant barriers to career advancement, from persistent gender inequality to systemic challenges in the workplace.

Now, as companies implement return-to-office mandates, roll back DEI policies, and navigate economic uncertainty, how are these changes impacting women in the field? Are we still making progress, or are we facing new setbacks?

We want to hear from you. Your voice matters.

Take our five-minute survey and share your experiences with the procurement community. For each response, we will donate $10 to Plan International, supporting their mission to advance children’s rights and equality for girls across the world.

Together we can help drive change!
