How the research works
Thank you for participating in our research into the Global State of CX 2025.
We ask our network members to address all questions accurately and honestly, sharing as much information as possible. All your responses are anonymous and, unless you wish to hear more about collaborating with CX Network, we do not ask for your name or company name.
To say thank you for participating in our 2025 research, we are giving all qualifying survey respondents who complete the entire survey, the chance to win one of three Amazon vouchers worth US$100 (or the equivalent in your local currency). If you wish to enter, please follow the instructions in question 34.
The data will be published in our annual Global State of CX report, due for launch in March 2025, as well as future reports on CX tech, CX investment trends, customer insights, automation, AI and digital CX. It will also be used in our online CX Guides, and to inform internal product and content development.
