IOM GENDER GAP SURVEY
1.
Introduction
The goal of this assessment is two pronged: one is to identify how IOM South Sudan can create more opportunities for professional growth for female national staff and secondly to consider measures to be set in place to attract more qualified female applicants. By participating in this survey, you could greatly help the IOM South Sudan understand the work environment for women colleagues in South Sudan and how to better advance gender equality within the mission. Your name will not appear in the information you provide, and we will not track respondents, however we will offer opportunity for you to share your contact information at the end of the survey in case you would like us to reach out to you. Participation is voluntary and anonymous and will not impact on your terms of service with IOM. You can always reach out to the Staff Counselor at jwmbuthia@iom.int if you need support.
