It's time to negotiate a new enterprise agreement at Garden Village. This means that union members can campaign for wage increases and for improvements to conditions at work.
The HSU will represent all HSU members in the negotiation. If you’re not a member of the union, you need to join to be represented.
All HSU members are encouraged to have a say in the Union's claims and everyone will get to have a vote on the proposed agreement.
Once negotiations are complete, the draft agreement will be put to all staff for consideration and a vote. If a majority of staff vote ‘yes’, then the agreement will be accepted. If a majority vote ‘no’, the agreement will not be accepted. The power is in your hands! We need HSU members to be active and united to get the best outcome.
