* 2. Due to the COVID-19 related guidelines and restrictions, no theaters (including Oviedo Amphitheater offering July as the earliest possible date) are able to commit to reservations. With that being said, we would like to take a poll to get feedback from our dance families on how we would like to move forward with the remainder of the dance season.

Please respond to this poll by selecting which Option you prefer. Each option lists what is included for that particular option.

Option A:

1.       Conduct Zoom teleconference-based dress rehearsal at your home May 18-21 in costumes.
2.       Conduct a staging rehearsal outside of the studio in the parking lot May 26-30 with other students in class at a select time.
3.       Enter the studio at a scheduled time for individual pictures with a photographer with Florida’s Phase 1 practices in place Tuesday, May 26 – Saturday, May 30.
4.       UPAC will professionally record recital dance with backdrop in dance studio May 26-30, one class at a time with no audience.
5.       Receive end-of-year trophy.
6.       Be able to download a copy of 2020 recital dance video.

Option B:

1.       Conduct Zoom teleconference-based dress rehearsal at your home May 18-21 in costumes.
2.       Continue regular classes via Zoom May 26-28 (make-up class for May 25th holiday on June 1st).
3.       Come to studio at selected time June 2-5 to outdoor staging rehearsal in parking lot.
4.       UPAC will professionally record recital dance outside in parking lot.
5.       Receive end-of-year trophy.
6.       Be able to download a copy of 2020 recital dance video.

Option C:

1.       Conduct Zoom teleconference-based dress rehearsal at your home May 18-21 in costumes.
2.       Extend regular classes through June 4th at no additional cost.
3.       Receive end-of-year trophy.
4.       Be able to download copy of dress rehearsal video.

Option D:

1.       Conduct Zoom teleconference-based dress rehearsal at your home May 18-21 in costumes.
2.       Tuition charges would have to begin again on June 1st and current classes will continue through July with a summer break June 29 - July 5. (2 additional months of classes)
3.       Perform the full Dance recital if a venue becomes available before the end of July.
4.       Receive end-of-year trophy.

Would you be willing to come into the studio with social distancing in place and purchase individual pictures (no group photos allowed) of your child at an approximate cost of $14 for individual 5x7s and/or packages ranging from $35-$45?
