Through personal experience, you’ll share your unique perspective as a young and successful manufacturer, inspiring the next generation of manufacturing professionals.

EXPECTATIONS
• Commit one year to the program
• Present at 3 or more events per year
• Attend two trainings per year

• Successfully pass child protective clearances
• Agree to use video, photo, and commentary for program promotional purposes
