Welcome

We are aware that some of our members have experienced discrimination in their work place because they have either a seen or unseen disability. We want to find out how widespread this is within the NSW Public Service. This short survey will take you 2-3 minutes to complete.

Workplaces are grouped by Cluster. Given the frequency and speed at which Clusters are reorganised and units renamed, it is possible that your current workplace is not specifically listed. If this is the case, then please add this is the 'Other' box.
