Festival Dates: February 1 - 17, 2025.

Please complete the following application to be considered for inclusion in the Hamilton Winterfest 2025 calendar of events. You will be contacted within two weeks of your application submission with confirmation of your inclusion.

Events included in the Hamilton Winterfest program receive the following benefits:
- free listing on Hamilton Winterfest website
- free boosted social media posts
- free inclusion in Winterfest Magazine distributed to thousands of homes in the GTHA

Important!

To be included in printed magazine you must register your event by 5 pm on Friday November 22, 2024.

Events submitted after November 8th will still be included in our online events calendar, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
