2024 IHQ Brotherhood Engagement Survey

Thanks for agreeing to participate in the 2024 International Headquarters (IHQ) Brotherhood Engagement Survey. This survey is voluntary and aims to assist Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. in understanding our members' level of engagement with the Fraternity, operationalizing programs and services to benefit our members' personal and professional endeavors, and assessing our programmatic efforts of Bigger and Better Business, Education, Social Action, and Sigma Beta Club.

No identifying information will be collected in the main survey. Responses will be reported in the aggregate by the IHQ. All of the responses will be kept strictly confidential. No names will be used in any analysis or reporting of the data.

Only members of the Brotherhood Engagement Survey Committee will see open-ended responses. When responding to these questions, please do not specify names/titles or your identity could be compromised. Committee members will ignore any mention of individuals by name.

This research may be utilized for future engagement survey studies for comparison purposes only.

You may prefer not to answer any of the questions. You may exit the survey without submitting it. The survey is about 20 minutes long. Topics may raise distress, frustration, or some emotions. If so, we recommend the following resources to you:
