2019 Farmers’ Market and Special Event Information Sessions
Hennepin County Public Health will hold the 4th annual farmers’ market and special event information sessions this April!
The first presentation will cover: • Farmers’ market licensing (including the new mobile food unit licensing) • Cottage Food Law • Inspections, hand washing, sampling, and more
The second presentation will cover: • Short-term “itinerant” licensing (including the new mobile food unit licensing) • Inspections, food safety, hand washing, and more
We will also provide information about the newly revised Minnesota Food Code and how it affects farmers’ markets and special events. As market managers, event coordinators, or anyone else interested, we would like to invite you to these information sessions.
