Family Services Questionnaire

To make sure that Nunavut’s community's voices are heard and included in the ongoing improvement of services, the Department of Family Services invites you to participate in this important questionnaire. Your feedback is valuable to us as we strive to enhance the well-being and safety of families, children, and youth across Nunavut.

This survey has several sections, including population information, awareness and accessibility of services, direct service experiences, feedback on current service strengths and challenges, desired improvements, and views on our strategic priorities.

The survey will take approximately 13 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you have the option to include your email address to enter a draw for a chance to win a prize.

Your answers help inform our strategic planning and actions, making sure our priorities support community needs and expectations. We are committed to transparency, being inclusive, and responsive in our approach to child and family services.
