eService quality and intention to repurchase in auction websites

Introduction

This survey is aimed to understand the quality of services provided on auction websites, such as Trade Me; Identified of the key characteristics of customers’ intention to repurchase and investigating of the relationship between those key factors and customers’ intention to repurchase.

The survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes.We value your experiences and thoughts and it is those experiences and thoughts that we seek in this survey.
