The Employment Rights Bill 2024 Survey

The Employment Rights Bill that is currently going through Parliament is a huge first step in delivering a New Deal for Working People under the Labour Government. This Bill follows years of hard negotiation by GMB and other unions to secure this commitment, but unsurprisingly the Bill now faces opposition from bad employers and their representatives in Parliament.
