Welcome to the Fox Valley Public Transportation Survey, a collaboration between Saint Charles Urban Design Advocates and the City of St. Charles, Illinois. This survey was created out of the understanding that public transportation is important to quality of life in any community and can always be improved. The purpose of this survey is to analyze the state of public transportation in the Fox Valley region. By identifying and quantifying transit needs, steps can be taken to better serve the Fox Valley with public transportation. All data collected will be entirely anonymous. The findings from this survey will be published in a study and the data will be made available to local transit agencies. This survey is also open to non-residents of the City of St. Charles. We heavily encourage people from across the Fox Valley to give their input. Saint Charles Urban Design Advocates, a 501(c)(3) organization, worked jointly with City staff to develop this survey for you. These efforts are a part of the City’s continued initiatives to listen to the opinions of its residents, and to uphold the values of service, tradition, and community.
