This Award is designed to recognise those staff members who go 'over and above' and reach out across the business to proactively enable, support and lead others to create great outcomes and positively impact the organisation.
We encourage you to think critically about your nomination, looking outside of your team and business units for those staff members who are living and breathing the IML LIFE Principles and adding value to your work and the important work of IML.
