When you complete this information and click submit, we will add your name to the group of nonprofits participating in GIVE Northern Virginia for 2019. On April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1, we will send you the password that gives you access to the anonymized data collection survey. For each quarter, you will have 30 days to complete it. And on a quarterly basis, we will share the data with you.
Please include the point of contact who should receive the links to complete the surveys on behalf of your organization.
