Introduction

Engaging and timely communication to our entire Team can help to build a sense of inclusiveness, and improve retention, productivity and overall performance.  Our challenge is to find a platform of communication that is accessible to, and accepted by all of our associates at Goodwill Suncoast to keep them informed on issues that are relevant to them.  We have a wide array of demographics among our workforce, so how do we find a solution that will not leave anyone behind?
We are reaching out to our fellow retail organizations to find out what is working in the retail landscape today to help accomplish the opportunity stated above.  If you would take the time to answer a few questions for us on this topic, we would be extremely grateful.
