Moore College of Art & Design: Strategic Direction: Phase 1 (Ideation)

Moore College of Art & Design launched our strategic planning process in January 2023 with the goal of creating a shared vision for the future of Moore that can ignite philanthropy, drive admissions, and inspire innovation and growth.

We are utilizing a three phase, flexible process to build the new strategic direction. The process is designed to:

Elicit input from all stakeholder groups
Create buy-in among stakeholder groups
Align all areas of the College with shared understanding of goals, initiatives, implementation process, key performance indicators

The planning process will conclude with the presentation of the final FY25-29 Strategic Plan for review and approval by the Boards of Trustees and Managers in May 2024.
