Prevention Pre-Assessment Version 2

Dear Community Partners, 

On behalf of the Child Abuse Prevention Council of Western Nevada County, and in partnership with Nevada County Child Welfare, we appreciate your participation in this brief survey to gather your impressions of Nevada County's child abuse prevention service efforts. Nevada County has established a Prevention Team that is currently in the process of developing a Child Abuse Prevention Plan that will expand the work of our individual agencies and take into consideration county-wide efforts. The overall picture created by answering these questions will help stimulate conversation and establish a baseline of how our county is currently collaborating to address prevention. By completing this assessment, and then completing a re-assessment within six months or a year from now, the planning team and supporting consultants will be able to assess how the collaborative process has improved to strengthen prevention efforts in the community.
