Thank you for expressing an interest to serve as an FAFP Officer or on the FAFP Board of Directors. To assist the FAFP Nominating Committee in their deliberations for selecting the most qualified candidates, please complete this online application and upload your CV no later than Friday, July 26, 2024.

Applicants will be evaluated based on current and past participation in FAFP activities and committees, as well as on specific qualifications and core competencies necessary for effective leadership and governance of the organization. For first time applicants, a 250 word or less personal statement and service record is required so please have your information ready before you start the survey/application.
