Thank you for participating in this dissertation research study. If you purchase food and/or beverages at either Bruin Bites or the Bridge Cafe, please respond to the survey below. It will take approximately 3 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no risks associated with the project and it has been reviewed and approved by the George Fox Human Subjects Research Committee.

Your responses to the survey will be held in strict confidentiality and data produced by this research will be reported only in the aggregate; individual responses will not be reported.
