Survey Introduction

In 2021, roughly 40% of 18-24 year olds knew someone who had had their drink spiked (including themselves).*

We know that since 2021 and the rise in needle spiking, this number could be even higher.
But without more data, we have no way of proving it.

As a youth-powered organization, we at TASA. want to stop spiking.
But we can’t do it without your help.

Fill out this anonymous survey, share your experience and help us prove the facts.
Everyone is welcome to fill out the survey, regardless of whether you have been spiked or not.

TASA. (the anti-spiking app) is a soon to be launched app to help bring the nightlife community together to create a safer night out. We invite you to fill out this anonymous survey to share your experience and help us end spiking.

This survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete. You have the opportunity to share details about up to two spiking experiences that happened to you. Throughout there are ‘check-in’ points to let you to skip sections with potentially triggering questions. To skip a question, select 'I prefer not to answer.'

If you or someone you know has been a victim of spiking and would like to talk to someone we recommend you speak to your GP or if you are in the UK you could reach out to Shout by texting 85258.
