Looking to expand your business on a global scale? The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is thrilled to announce 5 outbound trade missions, designed to help WA food and beverage businesses like yours explore new markets, expand existing export portfolios and establish international partnerships.
This form is to express your interest in upcoming Trade Shows and Outbound Missions being organised by the DPIRD Primary Industries Trade team. Suitable registrants will be contacted following the close of this EOI to discuss eligibility, suitability and, where relevant, next steps. Additional activations for July-December 2025 will be communicated in due course.
Gulfood, Dubai (17-21 Feb 2025) + Qatar Mission (23-24 Feb 2025)
Allocated space on a stand showcasing WA products at the largest food trade fair in the Middle East, Team WA welcome event and networking opportunity, a high-profile morning networking event "G’Day WA", market familiarisation activities including retail visits and business matching events. Optional trade mission to Qatar building on the 2023 mission and following up with stakeholders including Qatar Airways and Lulu Hypermarket. The visit will include retail tours, meetings with importers, market familiarisation, and tailored business matching events.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS FOR ALL PROGRAMS:
- Successful participants will be selected based on overall alignment with WA's agrifood and beverage sector and suitability for each program, including meeting specific participation criteria.
- Programs typically involve business matching support, pre-event webinar covering key details and preparation considerations, inclusion in delegation communications platforms, opportunities for post-event briefings and follow-up.
- Packages do not include flights, accommodation, transfers, non-program transport, and non-program meals.
- Participants will be responsible for arrangements of sample shipping to the exhibition floor within the required timeline.
In-person attendance by at least one official representative of your organisation is obligatory across all programs. - Participating in an official WA Government mission or event program requires effort and time commitment, and adherence to a code of conduct.
- The WA Government reserves the right to not proceed with an activation.
