Area Agency on Aging, PSA 2 - 2022 Community Assessment

The Agency welcomes your experience and opinions through this 2022 Community Assessment survey to help us in planning for the future service needs of our aging population. The Agency will use the information gathered through this survey to assist in determining which services to fund in our Strategic Plan period of 2023-2027.  Your input will also be valuable as the Agency plans for additional federal funding that we expect to receive in 2022 from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
