Thank you for participating in the Georgia Chamber of Commerce Awards Program. Please complete this form to nominate a candidate for the Rural Champion Award.
Rural Champion Award – Award given to a person, business, organization, or program that is actively addressing challenges in a rural community. Possible areas of impact include, but are not limited to the following: healthcare, transportation, community development, economic development, education, agriculture, preservation, infrastructure, housing, placemaking, workforce development, entrepreneurship, etc.
Nomination Instructions:
Nominations may be submitted by a staff member of a local chamber of commerce in one of the eligible counties or by a member of the Georgia Chamber’s Rural Prosperity Council.
