Our Views of the Disabled

Our company provides research services to the disabled through a variety of communications and analytical methods. We are interested in a cross-section of the public and their views of the disabled. We have found that the perceptions people have of the disabled can vary greatly among the public. In order to better serve the disabled in our country, we need to have data on these various segments of the public and we thank you for your participation in this survey.

* 7. In your own words, what are the services to the disabled that you would most like to see offered or improved?

* 8. Cogentica, LLC is considering offering new services to the disabled through our website. We wish to make this a website one where the registered users have a major voice. Since we conduct nationwide surveys, we believe this is a viable avenue for accomplishing and reaching these goals. For example, we could establish a registry of disabled users that you can join anonymously (we are all tired of being tracked and used for the profit of others). You would provide information on your disabilities and other demographic data via your own user selected id. We could use this registry to select members to participate in paid studies should they desire to do so. Only at that point would you be contacted by your email to put you in touch with the study administrator. Any revenue we receive as a company would be split with the participants of the study and ourselves to maintain the website and your activities. We certainly believe the use of surveys will help provide a useful source of information for advocacy purposes and general information. We may also do fun experiments for self-enlightenment as well. I expect to receive many worthwhile ideas for the disabled community as we go forward.
