Climate change, kidney care, and sustainability: A survey of health professionals |
Dear Colleague,
We invite you to participate in our research study to ascertain your views on the impact of climate change on the health of people with kidney diseases and the environmental burden of nephrology care practices. We welcome doctors, nurses, physicians, technicians, dieticians, pharmacists, social workers, trainees, or anyone involved in taking care of people with kidney diseases to participate.
The attached survey will take 10-15 minutes to complete. Please be assured that the responses will be de-identified, and only a collective analysis will be performed. Your participation is entirely voluntary, you may choose to withdraw at any time, and there are no risks identified. While there are no direct benefits to you, your responses will help us identify practice and research priorities and advocate for environmentally sustainable nephrology practices.
By completing this survey, you consent to participate in the research study. For any questions or concerns, our contact information is below. We look forward to sharing the results of this survey with you.
Sincerely,
