SNM Strategic Plan - swimming with strength and spirit

The draft SNM Strategic Plan was recently circulated to the membership, specifically focusing on competitive swimming in Manitoba. This strategic plan serves as a framework aimed at enhancing the competitive swimming landscape within the province. In order to ensure that the plan accurately reflects the needs and aspirations of the PSO and our member Clubs, we are now actively requesting feedback on the draft Strategic Plan.

This feedback is important for us to determine whether our strategic plan aligns with the goals of the member Clubs, as well as to assess the potential impact the plan may have on their current structures, operations, and future plans.
