Aim and Objective

To review the level of staff satisfaction/awareness and provide staff with an opportunity to give constructive feedback and suggestions to management.

To provide outcome evidence for the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

To benchmark levels of staff opinion with other Private Hospitals.

Method

All staff are invited to participate in this survey. This survey is totally confidential.
