At Tailored Leisure we work to promote the social inclusion of people with disabilities through bespoke short break and leisure services.
This survey forms part of a consultation with people with disabilities and their families and carers, to help us understand more about you, your needs and any gaps that we could address with new, more and better service offerings.
We aim to provide leisure activities and residential short breaks of outstanding quality, to give you and your family the opportunity to enjoy affordable and fully accessible quality time through package holidays.
The results from this survey will be used to help us design, plan and implement our future programmes and short breaks offering.
