Young Men's & Young Women's National Championship Virtual Trial 2021

Thank you for your interest in the Young Men's or Young Women's National Championships 2021 (15-20th June 2021, Virginia Beach Sportsplex, VA). To submit a trial application please complete the following form providing as much information as possible. In addition to the information shared here please prepare a short video (90-120s max.). Details of how to submit the video will be provided once your trial application has been reviewed by USA Field Hockey staff. These details will typically be provided within 5 business days of submission.

The deadline for virtual trial submissions (including video) is 10th May 2021 and selections to the tournaments will be announced on 14th May 2021.
