Creedmoor Community Center Recreation Survey

Introduction

Thank you for taking 20-30 minutes of your time to complete the following survey. For your time you will be entered into a drawing for one of two $25 Amazon gift cards. Your responses will assist the City of Creedmoor Recreation and Parks Department in identifying the optimal use of your Community Center while ensuring equity and community-wide impact.

First gift card drawing will be 9:00am, Monday, February 22nd. Winners will be contacted directly and announced on our Facebook page @CreedmoorRecreation.
