The Cincinnati Freedom Baseball Club plays out of Clermont County on the east side of Cincinnati. We are a group of coaches, players, parents, and fans committed to participating in the game of baseball with character, courage, care, compassion, and connection. We understand that “winning” is a result of upholding our five core strengths at all times.
Character | the mental and moral qualities distinctive to an individual, to a team, to the game of baseball, and to our community; the willingness to demonstrate sportsmanship.
Courage | the mental, spiritual, and physical strength to strive, persevere, and withstand fear and/or difficulty in all situations; the willingness to demonstrate leadership.
Care | the effort made to play baseball correctly, safely, and without intentionally causing damage or injury to oneself and/or to others; the willingness to focus on the wellbeing of ourselves and others.
Compassion | the motivation to go “out of our way” to help alleviate the physical, mental, and/or emotional pains of another; the willingness to treat others the way that we would like to be treated.
Connection | the focus on the interconnectedness of each player and the willingness to search for ways to use the game of baseball to lift those around us; the willingness to connect what we do on the field with who we are off the field.
