Thank you for providing feedback on King County Metro’s Access Paratransit program.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires equal access to public transportation for persons with disabilities. One of Metro’s core values is equity, and we proudly uphold ADA law by providing accessible service to riders with disabilities across our entire transit system. For anyone whose disability prevents them from riding traditional buses and trains, Metro's Access Transportation program operates a network of accessible vans.

Your responses to this survey will be kept confidential and will be used to help Metro better understand and respond to the needs and experiences of individuals who use Access as riders or as caregivers or Personal Care Attendants assisting Access riders.
