Introduction
The City of Fitchburg is developing a neighborhood plan for the Greenfield Future Urban Development Area (FUDA) roughly bordered by Caine Road, Irish Lane, Byrne Road and US Highway 14.

We would like to hear your thoughts about two land use plan options, as well as housing types, that are appropriate for the Greenfield Neighborhood. The designs proposals in the next several pages aim to reflect -first and foremost- the common interest of the local community, as well as the wider context of the City's general vision outlined in the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
