Without feedback from our patients, Fertility North has no way of knowing what we're doing right, but more importantly, where we might be falling short. This short survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. And we really do care - our team strives to provide the best service possible to ALL of our patients and we are committed to continuously improving how we work.
